Mobility, rolling, falling and landing

Coaches should work with their players to ensure that they are able to manage their bodies through contact with other players and contact with the ground. This is especially relevant for players new to the game and those with a low training age.

The activities below are designed to help players to develop and manage a strong and stable body position and to land on the ground effectively and safely. Use of balls can be added to the landing activities where practically possible.
